Lolium perenne

Darkside TS

Darkside TS

Darkside perennial ryegrass is the result of a long term program for improvements in gray leaf spot and stem rust resistance combined with superior wear tolerance and recovery. A very dark green color and high density under fairway conditions make it ideal for golf course use. High performance in Overseeding trials is the result of fast establishment with high turf quality even under lower temperatures. Superior salt tolerance expands its use into sites with reclaimed water or salts used for ice next to turf areas. Darkside also demonstrates superior shade tolerance expanding its use areas.
