Care Free Turfgrass Mix is a specially formulated blend designed for low-maintenance areas where traditional upkeep is challenging. This mix thrives in difficult-to-manage sites such as steep hillsides, golf course roughs, RV parks, and cabins. It excels in infertile, dry, and neglected soils, with a moderately green color and fine, dense texture, grows well in full sun to shade and performs well in deep shade, demonstrates very good drought tolerance, and handles moderate traffic. While it offers good resistance to heat, its wear tolerance is rated as fair, making it best suited for areas with lighter activity.
