Martha (A06-46) Kentucky Bluegrass (Poa pratensis) is a new Jefferson/Washington type bluegrass that excels in the Transition zone and performs well in all zones, as demonstrated in the 2011 Kentucky Bluegrass NTEP trials. It offers superior wear tolerance, recovery, and resistance to summer patch and stem rust, making it ideal for sports fields and fairways. Martha qualifies for the A-LIST for Low Input turf, showcasing excellent drought tolerance and early spring growth. With high seedling vigor for rapid establishment and low thatch development, it effectively resists Poa annua invasion, meeting all your Kentucky bluegrass needs.
