TOWER is ranked as one of the latest heading tall fescues with excellent disease resistance to all common diseases: crown rust, stem rust, leaf-spot, virus. This maintains high forage quality, palatability and persistency. Mathilde perennial rye has very good winterhardiness, good persistence, and performs even excellent on perennial ryegrass disadvantageous locations. Mahulena is a top-yielding variety combined with early maturity and excellent persistency, but better feeding quality. Mahulena combines faster establishment and the higher forage quality of ryegrass, while maintaining persistency and heat tolerance of tall fescue.
